About Us

The Monmouth Heights at Freehold Pool Club is a community owned swim club and recreation center consisting of 568 families who make up the Monmouth Heights at Freehold Recreational Association (MHFRA). Our community has expanded over recent years to include non-resident members who have become an integral part of our MHFRA family. Summer season membership is open to anyone who is interested!

For over 50 years our club has been a gathering place for neighbors and friends to enjoy the summer. Generations of Monmouth Heights children have learned to swim, played in the sun, and made life-long memories. Many of these children have returned to Monmouth Heights with their own children to provide them with the same care-free summer experience.

We are the proud home of the Monmouth Heights Stingrays, our competitive swim team. We compete with neighboring swim clubs throughout the summer.
