All Resident Members are deeded members of our Homeowner's Association. Our Certificate of Insurance, Governing Documents and Bylaws can be found below. Note for homesales: Our HOA does not have common areas or development wide insurance policies. We only cary insurance on the pool club.

Your resident membership automatically includes the homeowner, partner/spouse, and dependent children. For multigenerational households or where adult children reiside at home residency of adults must be proven by showing a license or a current bill.
Are my adult children or grandchildren included in my membership?
They are only included if you can prove that they live with you. If not, you may buy guest passes or an individual guest membership for them.
I am a Resident Member, and I watch my grandchildren during the summer. What are my options?
You may use a guest pass for your grandchildren or you may buy an individal guest membership for them.
How will I be checked in to the club when I arrive?
We will no longer be using the old member ID cards. Instead, members in good standing will check in electronically using club-issued bar code cards. Guest passes will be tracked electronically without the need for punch cards.
When can I receive my barcode card for check in?
We will announce additonal evening times for faimlies to drop by, get family members entereed into our system and get barcodes cards
As a resident-member, can I bring additional guests to the club?
Yes! You may bring guests to the pool while you are there by purchasing guest passes. All guests must be checked in at the front desk. Hosting member must be on-site with their guests at all times. Guest passes can be pre-purchased and will be tracked electronically without the need for punch cards. Guest passes are good only for the season purchased.
